Biographical Information
First Sergeant Rhonda Clark joined Ball State University Police Department July of 1990. She received both her Bachelors and Masters degree's from Ball State University. She graduated from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in 1991. She is an Indiana Law Enforcement Academy instructor along with a SFST and DRE instructor.
