Biographical Information
Sergeant Terrell Smith joined Ball State Police Department in December 1990. He graduated from Muncie Southside High School and has attended Ball State University for 4 years.. He is one of the chemical test operators for the department. He is also a member of the BSU Criminal Justice and Criminology Advisory Board.
