Contract Vendor Program with Cintas Document Management Division

Ball State University Purchasing Services has selected Cintas Document Management Division to provide on-site secure document destruction services.

A wide variety of secure document collection container options are available. The collection containers are provided free of charge, and can be emptied on a regularly scheduled, or on-demand basis. The container sizes and negotiated price to empty each type are listed below:

Executive Style Container: 36"H x 21.5"W x 16"D cost per container: $6.00
Mini Console: 24"H x 11"W x 20"D cost per container: $5.00
64-Gallon Wheeled Container: 42"H x 23"W x 29"D cost per container: $10.00
95-Gallon Wheeled Container: 46"H x 24.5"W x 34"D cost per container: $13.00

Cost per pound charge for shredding during special projects: $0.08/lb.
Product Destruction - CD's, DVD's, Tapes, not including Hard Drives: $0.35/lb.
