SCOPE OF WORK: This project will renovate approximately 85,000 sf of the interior of the building with the exception of approximately 9,000 sf of the CM Department in the northeast corner. The project will consist of interior demolition, miscellaneous structural steel, casework, doors, frames and hardware, gypsum wallboard assemblies, resilient flooring, terrazzo flooring, carpet, acoustical panel ceilings, toilet accessories, plumbing fixtures, sheet metal, rooftop HVAC units, electrical power, light fixtures, electrical panels, data devices and fire protection

ESTIMATED COST: $9,000,000.00

ANTICIPATED START DATE: June 16, 2014

SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: December 24, 2015
