SCOPE OF WORK: Interface new campus heating hot water system with existing hydronic heating system, existing domestic hot water system and existing snow melt system for Student Center. Integration into the existing building will require new HX’s, pumps, control valves and modifications to control sequences. Work also includes new chilled water control valve and bypass connection.
ESTIMATED COST: $400,000.00
ANTICIPATED START DATE: Upon Award
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: December 15, 2017
