Scope of Work: The work includes but is not necessarily limited to excavation for and installation of underground irrigation service piping, installation of irrigation high-volume heads, installation of booster pump including associated electrical work, backfill and compaction, removal of the existing turf, inspection of the existing shock-layer pad and curbs, patching of existing shock-layer, cleaning and preparation of the existing shock-layer to accept the replacement turf, installation of the new turf per accepted Alternate, and restoration of the stone border and other existing materials disturbed during construction.
Estimated Cost: $900,000.00
Anticipated Start Date: May 1, 2013
Substantial Completion Date: August 1, 2013
