Scope of Work: Renovation of existing gymnastics practice area to convert the space into a basketball gym with associated storage area. Work includes moderate general construction and MEP work. Staging and storage will be confined to the space within the construction boundaries. Fit-out of the space includes athletic flooring, athletic padding, some millwork, patching existing finishes and the installation of Owner provided elements including basketball backstops and scoreboard.

Estimated Cost: $300,000.00

Anticipated Start Date: March 11, 2013

Substantial Completion Date: June 3, 2013
