Scope of Work: Renovating approximately 2100 square feet on the 2nd floor of the existing Arts and Journalism building on campus. This space will include an open collaboration space, a conference room, two offices, and a break space. This component is a piece of a larger master plan that include the development of a new Unified Student Media Lab. 

Estimated Cost:  $375,000.00

Anticipated Start Date: February 5, 2013

Substantial Completion Date: May 24, 2013
