Scope of Work: The work includes selective demolition of portions of the existing 4-story residence hall building; new 5-story addition; complete replacement of building exterior walls; interior partitions, restrooms, doors, stairs, elevators, heating/cooling system, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, fire alarm, communications systems. Sitework includes concrete, asphalt and masonry pavements, masonry walls, limestone elements, grading, storm drainage and lighting.
Estimated Cost: $28,000,000.00
Anticipated Start Date: May 6, 2013
Substantial Completion Date: April 3, 2015
