SCOPE OF WORK:Modernization of four passenger elevators and replacing motors and generators per specifications. Alternate 1 - Installation of a new traveling cable on six passenger elevators and four service elevators. Alternate 2- installation of new toggle switches on all of the car and hall call keyed switches, new surface mount phones and door restrictors on the four service elevators.
ESTIMATED COST: $500,000.00
ANTICIPATED START DATE: Upon award, onsite May 5, 2014
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: August 1, 2014
