Scope of Work: Construction of a new 2,300 square foot Softball Multi-Use Support Building. The building will be located on the Ball State University campus in Muncie, Indiana near West McGalliard Road and North Everett Road. The building is designed as a support facility for an existing softball field, providing team rooms, toilet rooms, offical and coaches rooms. The building construction is to be concrete masonry block with brick veneer exterior and interior masonry partitions and metal standing seam high batten roofing. New paving, fencing and gateway is a part of the site work. Connections to existing utilities will be required. Bid includes five alternates.
Estimated Cost: $319,800.00
Anticipated Start Date: January 14, 2012
Substantial Completion Date: April 19, 2013
