Spring Commencement 2015
The May Commencement ceremonies honor students who will complete degree requirements at the end of the spring semester. The 2015 ceremonies will be May 2.
Tickets are not required for any of Ball State's commencement ceremonies.
Also, you may view a live webstream of the Spring 2015 Commencement ceremony starting at 10 a.m.
You must apply to graduate and declare your intent to participate in a ceremony on the graduation application.
The day begins with a main ceremony to celebrate all graduates. Before the event, graduates should check where they need to line up.

The processional starts at 9:30 a.m. on the Arts Terrace, outside. The main ceremony begins at 10 a.m. and will last about an hour.
John Schnatter, the founder of Papa John's Pizza and a Ball State alumnus, will deliver the commencement address.
The ceremony will also include:
- hooding of honorary doctoral candidates
- recognition and hooding of doctoral and specialist in education candidates
- recognition of undergraduate honor students
- conferral of bachelor’s, master’s, and associate degrees by President Paul W. Ferguson
