Ceremony Lineup Information

The ceremony takes place in the 11,500-seat Worthen Arena.  It will begin at 10 a.m. and will last about two hours.  No tickets are required.  The ceremony honors students who have completed their degree requirements by the end of fall semester. 

In addition, doctoral and specialist in education candidates must call Claudia Klimkowski at 765-285-1291 to let her know whether or not they will participate.

Cap and Gown Grad Fair will be held at a date to be determined, please check back. It will be held in the Ball State Bookstore (first floor, Art and Journalism Building).  Balfour, Ball State’s official cap and gown Company, will be on site to assist with your cap and gown purchase, invitation ordering, class rings, and frames for your diploma.
