Commencement Photos and Video

Professional photographers will have sites set up on Campus Drive and near Beneficence for picture taking before the main ceremony. They also will be at each college ceremony. We encourage picture taking at Beneficence and in front of other campus landmarks before and after the ceremonies.

Prior to the ceremony
GradImages will be the official photographer for our Commencement ceremony.  Proofs will be sent to your home and also via email within three to five days after the ceremony.  Photographs can be ordered online, by phone or by mail.

Preregistering with GradImages helps to deliver graduation proofs to you in a timely manner. Providing an accurate mailing address and email address will allow GradImages to get your proofs to you on the first try.  To preregister your permanent e-mail address, please visit www.gradimages.com and click on the Pre-Event Registration.  You may also add contact information for up to six additional relatives and/or friends.

DVD Information
A DVD of the main ceremony will be available for purchase: pick up price, $10, mailing price $15 each.  You can preorder this DVD online. After commencement, you can send in your check to the Commencement Office or wait about two weeks, call the Commencement Office at 765-285-1689 and see if we have them ready for purchase.
