Withdraw from All Courses (Total Withdraw)
Should you need to withdraw from all
classes after the semester begins, you must report immediately to the Office of the Assistant to the Dean, Student Affairs (Administration Building, room 238) and complete a withdrawal form. If a refund is warranted, the amount will be determined by the date of withdrawal, which is the date you submit the completed withdrawal form.
You must continue to attend classes until you have submitted the completed withdrawal form. If you stop going to class before that time, you will likely receive an F in the courses from which you are withdrawing. Each of your instructors will be notified and asked to report your last day of attendance and your grade.
If you have received any type of financial aid, you must visit the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, Lucina Hall, room 245. You may be required to repay all or a portion of the financial aid you received for that academic period. You will be notified by mail of any repayment that must be made to the university. The withdrawal date will be forwarded to the financial aid office for processing of federal return of funds. Federal aid return of funds is day sensitive and is not consistent with university refund of tuition amounts.
