The preferred method of granting permission is through the transaction PRMT on the student database, but can also be submitted in writing on signed departmental letterhead.
To check online permission, use the transaction PRBR, space, student ID number, space, term (For Ex: PRBR 000123456 071), then hit
. This screen will display all permissions for a student that have been entered by departments for that term.
