Granting Permission

The preferred method of granting permission is through the transaction PRMT on the student database, but can also be submitted in writing on signed departmental letterhead.

To check online permission, use the transaction PRBR, space, student ID number, space, term (For Ex: PRBR 000123456 071), then hit . This screen will display all permissions for a student that have been entered by departments for that term.

Any questions relating to this topic should be directed to the Registration area at 285-1684 or via email. If you need access to these screens, please contact the Registrar’s office at 765-285-1722 or via email to gain access.

Please note – the processing of permission paperwork must be completed as quickly as possible due to the potential impact on student fees and Scholarships/Financial Aid.
