Billing/Financial Aid

For information regarding your child’s tuition and fees, loans, scholarships, or other forms of assistance, visit the Web sites for the bursar's office and financial aid office.

The financial aid office will give you information on filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and answer questions about funding your child’s education.

The Office of Bursar and Loan Administration is responsible for the billing, collecting, and depositing of all money owed to and/or collected by Ball State University. The office also determines residency status, sets up and maintains Cardinal Cash accounts, and prepares federal tax documents in accordance with the Tax Relief Act of 1997.
