Roll Out the Red Spirit of Service is a multi-faceted program that was designed to instill a culture of quality customer service throughout the BSU community. This program was achieved through the extraordinary efforts of BSU students and employees alike. In particular, University Human Resource Services and the Teleplex coordinated and produced a comprehensive package that includes this website, online training modules, and BSU-specific training workshops.
