Report an Incident

Information Security Services provides procedures related to security breaches, suspected security breaches, and managment of of personal identity information (PII) and other types of electronic restricted data.

Any suspected security data breach, or any suspected inappropriate disclosure of restricted data must be reported to the director of Information Security Services at 765-285-4174 or by e-mail at security@bsu.edu.  Employees should also report suspected incidents to their supervisor in addition to ISS.  Service providers should report suspected incidents to affected unit/departmental manager.
