Health and Safety
Because your health and well-being are important to us, we provide resources to help keep you safe and healthy so you can get the most out of your Ball State experience.
Check out our
campus safety handbook for tips on staying safe and campus resources you can use if you need help. Be sure to read our
alcohol awareness information to understand the consequences of illegal use and alcohol’s potentially devastating effects. The handbook will introduce you to Ball State’s alcohol education efforts and alcohol-free events and programs on campus. You also can learn about the steps and measures Ball State takes to ensure we have a
safe and drug-free campus.
You can go to the
Health Center if you are sick and the
Counseling Center if you need someone to talk to. Other entities, including
Health and Education,
Public Safety, stand ready to help you when you need them. And you can find everything from statistics on campus crime to emergency response guidelines when you access the
reports and procedures section.
