Withdrawing from All Classes
We want you to be successful and achieve your educational goals while you are studying at Ball State. But we also understand that sometimes circumstances present obstacles. Before making any changes to your class schedule, contact the Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs/Deputy Coordinator for Title IX, Administration Building, Room 238, 765-285-1545, to discuss the options available to you.
Should you find it necessary to withdraw from all classes, we will assist you with the paperwork and help you understand how your decision affects your grades, refunds of fees and tuition, your financial aid awards and student loans, housing contracts, and your potential reenrollment. The earlier you contact the office, the more help we can provide.
If your registration consists of all main campus courses, or a combination of main campus courses and online/distance education courses, please contact this office.
If the military has called you to active duty, a specific policy applies.
Online and Distance Education students who find it necessary to withdraw from all courses during a semester or term must complete an application for withdrawal through the School of Extended Education.
