Return Policy

Can I return software if I bought the wrong one?

Any opened software cannot be returned. For further information, please see the return policy.

Can I return software if it doesn't work?

Software can  be exchanged if it is determined to be defective. The software must be inspected by our certified technicians before an exchange can take place.

Can I return my computer if there is something wrong with it?

Any computer purchase that has a qualifying hardware failure can be exchanged in the first 30 days after date of purchase. Any hardware failure after 30 days will be repaired under warranty.

Can I return my product if I don't need it?

Many new unused items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. For exact details, please refer to our return policy for details.
