Dead On Arrival (DOA) ProductA hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please contact the Technology Store within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Ball State's Hardware Repair will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you a replacement or repair of the device.
