PRAXIS - Professional Assessments for Beginning Teachers

The Praxis Series is an Educational Testing Service (ETS) program that provides tests and other services for states to use as part of their teacher certification process. The Praxis Series assessments are also used by colleges and universities to qualify individuals for entry into teacher education programs.

Session I
7:30am - Examinees report to testing center
8:00am (approximate) - Test directions begin
8:30am (approximate) - Test begins
10:30am (approximate) - Session I testing ends

BREAK

Session II
10:45am - Examinee check-in for Session II begins
11:00am (approximate) - Test directions begin
11:30am (approximate) - Test begins
1:30pm (approximate) - Session II testing ends
