Web-Based News Channels

University Marketing and Communications directs most information through two Web-based news channels:

News Center
The Ball State News Center is the online source for university-related news. You’ll find the latest campus headlines, searchable archives of earlier news releases and articles, as well as helpful links to on-campus media including The Ball State Daily News student newspaper and WCRD-FM. The News Center also provides services for reporters and editors who need downloadable, print-quality imagery from Photo Services and/or information on how to access print-quality Ball State logos (permission from the university is required before logo usage).

Communications Center 
The Communications Center is the online source for information about campus news and events. The Web site is a one-stop shop that promotes all campus goings-on. Visitors can review, by category, announcements that have been submitted by on-campus publishers. 

The second component of the Communications Center is the Ball State Digest, a round-up of timely announcements from the Communications Center Web site that is delivered to the inboxes of students, faculty, and staff twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays.
