Fees/Work With Us

Our photographers take high-level, aesthetically pleasing photographs for Ball State publications and websites, preserving an ongoing photographic history of the university. We also are available for awards ceremonies, group photos, and other activities coordinated by campus departments.

In addition to taking photos, we scan, enlarge, and print images on various media, including traditional paper, canvas, and window cling material. We also provide mounting and framing services. Contact our office for more information about these services.

Profile Portraits
As a service to the campus community, our photographers take official university photos of faculty and staff. There is no charge for these photos, which are used for the profile section of the university website.

Students, graduate students, and other types of promotional studio photography are charged a sitting fee based on the number of images captured.

Fees 
Charges are based on a cost-recovery system. This cost-effective structure makes our pricing very competitive compared with commercial or studio photographers. Our high-resolution digital cameras provide much better image quality than that of a "point-and-shoot" type of digital camera.
