Responsibilities: Manage the Technology HelpDesk and Desktop Support services, which includes hiring, training, and supervising the full-time employees and student employees that staff those areas. Work with different units across campus to diagnose and assist in the resolution of technical issues or to assist with the deployment of new systems. Provide technology consulting and troubleshooting to the students, faculty, and staff of Ball State University for all aspects of computer and networking technology used at the university. Serve as Web Master for the Unified Technology Support and the Technology HelpDesk web sites, which involves developing content for the site as well as making changes and enhancements to it.
