Responsibilities:
Provide technology consulting and troubleshooting to the students, faculty, and staff of Ball State University for all aspects of computer and networking technology used at the university. Serve as a support specialist for academic software such as Blackboard and inQsit. Communicate with units across campus to diagnose and assist in the resolution of technical issues. Coordinate training for new staff and develop appropriate training resources. Develop technical documentation, including creating TechClips. Assist with special projects and assist with the supervision to the Technology HelpDesk.
