Responsibilities:
Provide professional, technical-based support for academic and administrative clients in assigned area. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network connectivity in both office and lab settings. Provide mentoring for student technical staff. Offer consultation with clients for special projects. Provide medium and long-term resource planning support to departments.
Support areas include the College of Applied Science and Technology. Specific departments include the Department of Technology, Family and Consumer Science, Military Science, the Museum of Art, Nursing, and Athletic Instruction.
