Recreation Services has outlined a couple of indoor walking courses to help you keep moving on these cold winter days.

6 laps around the Arena = 1 Mile

12 laps around Ball Gym track = 1 Mile

8 laps around the Field Sports Building track = 1 Mile

About 2000 steps on your pedometer = 1 Mile

If you have an indoor route you would like to measure give us a call at 765-285-9355, we will be happy to loan you our  measuring wheel.
