Take 20 - Laughter Yoga - Do you want to counteract the negative effects of stress?   Laughter Yoga is a unique concept where anyone can laugh as a form of exercise in a group. We initiate laughter exercises in a group with eye contact and childlike playfulness which turns into real and contagious laughter along with yoga breathing techniques.   "20 minutes of spontaneous Laughter Yoga can give you similar results of going to the gym for one hour.”   Join us during these FREE sessions listed below to experience the benefits of Laughter Yoga on your body & mind.

Balance, but why? - This presentation will include an interactive demonstration of balance exercises including equipment such as the balance trainer, Bosu and stability balls, and resistance equipment. An emphasis of practical application as well as the importance of balance training will be discussed. Come dressed ready to participate!

How to Get (and Stay) F.I.T.T. - Have you ever wondered how hard you should be exercising?  How many days a week you should work out? In this presentation you will learn about how you can apply the frequency, intensity, type, and time (F.I.T.T.) principle to successfully make a personalized exercise regimen.

Don’t Just Sit There: Moving More at Work - Even with regular exercise, prolonged sitting time at work can have negative health effects.  Come learn how to be more active during a normal workday while maintaining your productivity!  Don’t forget to bring your coworkers!

Heart Healthy for Women - Heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year.  What do you need to know and do to reduce your risks? Would you know if you were having a heart attack? Women often experience symptoms differently than men and don’t recognize that a heart attack is occurring. We will discuss lifestyle changes to reduce risks, what to discuss with your health care provider, and how to recognize the symptoms of a heart attack.
