Burnout Reduction Series - Have you experienced burnout or empathy fatigue? Feeling stressed and overwhelmed? Come and join us in learning about new ways to deal with these difficulties that can often leave us feeling at our wits end. Come to just one session, or come to all four. This will be a time to learn how to use stress to your advantage, to relax using meditations that will be facilitated, and to connect with others experiencing similar difficulties.

Using Nutritional Tracking Websites & Apps : An Introduction To MyFitnessPalNutrition tracking websites & apps allow their users to quickly & easily keep track of what they consume. This presentation will discuss MyFitnessPal, a free calorie counter and diet/exercise journal with over 50 million users. The presenter will discuss the benefits of nutrition tracking, demonstrate how MyFitnessPal works, and facilitate a discussion of personal experiences with the attendees.
