As project manager, Reed works with the various teams involved in implementing the ERP systems, as well as supporting the Executive Committee in managing and tracking the overall project. Summary
All teams are extremely busy, particularly those working on the Finance components set to launch July 1. The next two releases following Finance are for International Admissions in August and Admissions in September. No major issues have arisen at this time.

Other Details
Planning: Vendor demonstrations of classroom scheduling software solutions are being scheduled this month. Meanwhile, the recommendation for the facilities management software is being finalized.

Finance Team: This team continues to rise to the challenge of its aggressive timeline, which calls for the system to "go live" with the new fiscal year on July 1. Training for the majority of users (consisting of journal voucher entry, travel expense management, and SciQuest procurement) remains on track for June, with additional sessions as needed throughout the summer.

Human Resources/Payroll and Student/Financial Aid: Both teams are continuing to work efficiently through their assigned tasks, making significant progress on multiple fronts.
