Enterprise Systems and Process Renewal Project


Deploying components of Banner Digital Campus for managing finance, human resources, student services, financial aid, and advancement will take approximately 30 months. The implementation team for the finance system began work in November 2010, and departments began handling purchasing through the new system and enjoying enhanced reporting capabilities in July 2011.

Other key systems are preliminarily planned to go live on the following schedule:
Recruiting and admissions: October 2011
Course catalog: November 2011
Payroll: January 2012
Course schedules: February 2012
Financial aid: February 2012
Course registration: March 2012
Accounts receivable: July 2012
Advancement: December 2012
