As Ball State students progress in their academic programs beyond freshman standing (30 credits or more), and have declared a major, the main delivery of academic advising comes from Upper Division Advisors in the department of the chosen major. Students should report directly to the Upper Division Advisor listed on their DegreeWorks audit. Your Upper Division Advising Center Coordinator will supervise data entry for students assigned to these advisors, supervise the final graduation audit, and accomadate re-enrolling students and transfer students in their first registration and assist students with changing their majors and adding a minor.
