Lead Teachers plan and implement the daily schedule. These lead teachers are responsible for the supervision of the children, preparing the environment, and directing the lab students. One full-time infant/toddler lead teacher is assigned to the triangle classroom. Two part-time lead teachers are assigned to the circle classroom with one serving in the mornings and one serving in the afternoons.

Associate Teachers are Graduate Assistants. An associate teacher works in each classroom. They are responsible for opening and closing the center. They provide extended care in the morning, noon-time care, and extended care at the end of the day.

Practicum Students, as they are enrolled in the course, serve as assistant teachers. They are typically scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the a.m. or p.m. or Tuesday and Thursday in the a.m. or p.m.

Student Assistants are employed to work with the children as needed. Student assistants typically work with the children during extended care.

Lab Students, who are enrolled in the course, spend assigned hours each week at the Lab. Their role is to interact with the children, provide guidance, plan and implement activities, and complete course assignments based on observations and interactions with children.
