One of the world’s most influential thinkers on interactive television, convergence, and emerging media, Dale Herigstad is the Emmy-winning chief interaction officer for the APAC and EMEA regions at Possible Worldwide. With an extensive background in broadcast design and branding, he has pioneered a unique spatial context approach to designing advanced navigation systems for interactive TV and connected screens.
Prior to Possible, Herigstad was chief creative officer at interactive agency Schematic, where he led creative teams on a wide number of cutting-edge initiatives.
Herigstad is a frequent speaker on the future of media consumption in an interactive and “many-screen” world of increasingly rich media interfaces. He has an avid worldwide following and spends significant time mentoring designers and user experience professionals around the globe.
Herigstad received one of the first ITVT Interactive TV Leadership Awards and has four Emmy Awards.
