Courses and Schedules

The minor in entrepreneurship is designed to take two years to complete. It is open to business and non-business majors.

Please notice that certain classes are only offered once per academic year.

Non-Business Majors

You will need to complete six courses, totaling 18 credit hours in sequence.

  • MGT 241 – The Entrepreneurial Experience
  • ECON 116 – Survey of Economic Ideas or ECON 201 Elementary Microeconomics 
  • ACC 200 – Accounting for New Ventures
  • FIN 243 – Finance for New Ventures (Spring)
  • MGT 342 – Marketing for New Venture (Fall)
  • MGT 345 – Management for New Ventures (Spring)
