Exercise Physiology Testing

This laboratory contains the necessary equipment to perform all the classical physiological measurements during exercise: two treadmills (Quinton and Woodway), several mechanical and electronically braked cycle ergometers (Lode, Velotron, Monark), a specially equipped Monark for sprint testing and training, and a custom-made on-line and Douglas Bag-based indirect calorimetry system.  This lab also contains a large environmental chamber (5-65°C).
