Online Faculty Fellows

Online Faculty Fellows are Ball State faculty members who are experts in online and teaching. A lead fellow is chosen for each academic year, plus additional fellows are needed for one-semester terms. 

Online Faculty Fellows:

• receive release time to assist other faculty members in online and blended teaching techniques
• share their expertise and/or research via communication forums, blogs, wikis, or other channels
• develop and lead faculty workshops, mini-courses, or other training
• engage faculty in discussions about ways to improve their online teaching and course development
• provide one-on-one mentoring
• participate in professional development activities related to online and blended teaching and learning

Four faculty fellows were chosen for 2011-12.
