The center, which offers free wireless Internet access, is also home to the College of Architecture and Planning: Indianapolis Center (CAP:IC) and Sahm's at Ball State, a locally-owned cafe open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. offering a full breakfast and lunch menu. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Wholesale District in downtown Indianapolis within blocks of thousands of parking spaces, dozens of restaurants, and the region's best shopping, culture, entertainment and sporting offerings.
