Master of Arts, Visual Arts Studio (MA)

Ball State's School of Art offers graduate study leading to a Master of Arts (MA) in Visual Arts with an emphasis in Studio Art. Pursuing this degree means you have a desire to develop and refine your studio skills and academic scholarship to a level of professional excellence. Available studio areas are: ceramics, drawing, metals, painting, photography and intermedia arts, printmaking, and sculpture. Interdisciplinary study is possible and encouraged.

The program will require 33 credit hours of graduate-level art courses, including studio electives and a final thesis/creative project.
