Field Study and Lab Opportunities
Undergraduate students have opportunities to gain research experience by working with
professors in their area of study. Our faculty have researched or investigated:
- behavioral ecology of insects and spiders
- relationships between environmental factors (natural and man-caused) and tree growth and forest structure and composition
- ecology and conservation of the cerulean warbler
- aquatic ecology, limnology, fisheries, exotic species, and the Great Lakes
- aquatic ecology
