Submitted portfolios must follow these requirements (CAP reserves the right to refuse any portfolio that does not meet these requirements):
How to submit: The portfolio, including letters of recommendation, can be uploaded in PDF format, as long as your file size is 10 MB or less. If your file is between 10 MB and 20 MB, the file can be e-mailed to Judy Wand. If your file size slightly exceeds 20 MB or if you would prefer to send in your portfolio in at a later date, the file must be sent via postal mail to the College of Architecture and Planning, Ball State University, 2000 West University Avenue, Muncie, IN 47306 (attn: Undergraduate Admissions).
Note: We recommend you save all your images in your portfolio at 100 DPI. You should also attempt to save your file as an optimized pdf. (Go to Adobe Acrobats, file, save as, optimized pdf). This action will substantially reduce the upload size of your document.
