Environmental Design

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design

This four-year bachelor of science (BS) or bachelor of arts (BA) degree is intended for students interested in architecture-related careers, but not one as a licensed architect. The environmental design major provides a strong design-based education that prepares you for a broad range of career options in design, construction, and related fields.

If you want to pursue licensure in the field of architecture, please consider the preprofessional bachelor’s degree in architecture followed by the professional master of architecture I degree.

The BS/BA in environmental design program is not open to undergraduate students majoring in architecture.
