fabrication techniques for both industry and education related
to architecture and allied arts. Through immersive projects deploying
interdisciplinary, applied design and fabrication research, the institute is a
conduit between students, design professionals, and the manufacturing
sector.
The College of
Architecture and Planning (CAP) is located in a handsome and well-equipped

workshops, and advanced digital equipment in all studios and classrooms.
Co-located in CAP are several knowledge units including the Institute for Digital Fabrication, Institute for
Digital Intermedia Arts, the Center for
Energy Research/Education/Service, Building
Futures Institute, and the Land Design
