Graduate Urban Regional Planning

Option 2: Second Professional Degree

If you have a background in planning, our one-year course of study will enhance what you know about planning. This program is limited to graduates of planning bachelor’s degree programs accredited by the Planning Accreditation Board.

To give you an idea of the program, undergraduate students in the urban planning and development program complete an 81-hour major in planning and planning-related courses and enter the master's degree program with extensive background and skills.

This track offers you a chance to concentrate on implementation skills of planning and to develop further concentration based on specific interests.
