The Adult Physical Fitness Program provides a variety of cardiovascular risk factor screenings and physical fitness measurements. Please call the program office for costs for the evaluations and to schedule an appointment.
Body Composition
- Risk Factor Profile:
- Body Mass Index (BMI) and Waist-to-hip Ratio (WHR)
