Testing Services

The Adult Physical Fitness Program provides a variety of cardiovascular risk factor screenings and physical fitness measurements. Please call the program office for costs for the evaluations and to schedule an appointment.

Body Composition

  • Risk Factor Profile:
    • Body Mass Index (BMI) and Waist-to-hip Ratio (WHR)
    • Total Body Fat Estimation:
      • Anthropometry (skinfold measurements)
      • Body Volume Measurement (BOD POD plethysmography)
