From the day you walk into one of our classroom until it’s time you walk across the stage, you will be immersed in research. Our hands-on approach to learning is what has helped our alumni attend strong graduate and doctoral programs and land some exciting careers.
You’ll get to work with high-tech equipment
and work with our faculty on their research projects
, such as biochemistry and organic chemistry, to name a couple.
While you earn your bachelor’s degree, you’ll have an opportunity to do some research over the summer during our Chemistry Research Immersion Summer Program (CRISP)
Graduate students do similar research, but it’s more intense and you’ll have more time to focus on it.
