With a long and rich tradition of preparing future teachers, we will give you all the necessary tools to be a successful educator. In addition to science, you will learn teaching methods, theories, and principles for teaching at the secondary level.
This four-and-a-half-year program meets the physical science (middle school science and high school chemistry and physics) standards of Indiana. Its sister program
will prepare you to teach chemistry and physics at the high school level. Before you graduate, you will get a chance to apply what you've learned when you student teach.
