The Center for Information and Communication Sciences (CICS) offers a 38-credit master's degree program designed to be completed in just 11 months. Our program includes core courses that meet each student’s particular area of emphasis, while also allowing flexibility for you to design the degree that best fits your needs.

Our faculty will work with you in a living laboratory that will prepare you for the communications world into which you will be heading. Plus, we offer electronic classrooms, well-equipped labs, social learning opportunities, and networking opportunities with corporate partners.

Can I Afford This Program?

The good news is, not only is our program affordable; we offer 14 graduate assistantships to help with the cost. 

To be considered for a graduate assistantship in CICS, you must 

  1. Be admitted as a student beginning in fall semester of the upcoming academic year.
  2. Complete the online application.

Selected candidates will be interviewed beginning February 1, 2016.

In addition, the university’s Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships has information about grants, loans, and other forms of assistance.
